Your digital gift card can be used for any ticketed event booking and event add-ons processed through our official website. This includes pre-paid online purchases of premium drink upgrades and supplementary material packages. Please note that this gift card is valid exclusively for online transactions and cannot be used for any purchases made on-site at our events.

This digital gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any credit remaining on the gift card after this period will expire and cannot be redeemed or refunded.

Cancellation Rights: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your digital gift card purchase within 14 days of receiving your confirmation email, provided the unique code has not been redeemed in full or in part.

Non-Refundable: Once the 14-day cooling-off period has passed, or if the gift card has been used, it is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

Format and Delivery: This purchase is for a digital gift card only. We do not issue physical gift cards or provide physical equivalents for home delivery.

Delivery Method: During the checkout process, you may choose to have the digital gift card sent directly to the recipient’s email address or sent to your own email address to forward at a later time.

Redemption: Upon delivery, the recipient will receive an email containing a unique digital code. This code is redeemable exclusively through our official website for event bookings and pre-paid add-ons.

Responsibility: Please ensure the recipient's email address is entered correctly at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for gift cards that are undelivered or redeemed by an unauthorised person due to an incorrect email address provided by the purchaser.

Usage: The balance may be used across multiple online transactions until the total value is redeemed or the expiry date is reached, whichever comes first.
